This group is for South Asians that are born in the US. I have been to a number of South Asians groups on meetup, and I always here people tell me they wish there was a group for people born in he US. We all want to keep our cultural links alive in the community, but we may have more in common with people who grew up here.

We decided to start this group to give young children of all backgrounds the chance to learn Hindi, Urdu, Bengali and other South Asian Languages including Punjabi and Gujarati, while also reinforcing English language skills.   Our multi-lingual program is geared towards reading and learning.
